Yeah, I was very confused the first time I saw that. Turns out it is just a bit o' trickery in the level code. In the long string of letters, h's (unsurprisingly) stand for "Higgs". There are two of them in this level. However, the game is only set up to draw one Higgs -- so the second one is a phantom.
It'd be easy enough to fix, though I liked the fact that this person cleverly found a neat loophole. And since it's innocuous enough, I left it.
