I agree that 'help requests' could fit well in a single topic/sticky. Since, frankly, generally those have one-sentence responses ("do this") that clear it all up.
As for creations, let's give it a try with a mega thread, too. I sense that might eventually get unwieldy (since unlike the 'help' category, there's no upper limit for new creations)... but let's try it for now. I'll do some rearranging.
