here is a scenario that happened in level 24 of the december pack for 2024 on dailies.
2 protons backed up to a wall have an electron between them, when the electron lands on a block that places it in the line between the two, when you put an input to go left, instead of being attracted to the closer proton, you can just move freely, this is a bit weird since the closer the proton, the more attraction it has on the electron, so it cant move. i think that if its a bug, since you slide particles, when the electron has an adjacent proton on any 4 sides, it electromagnetizes to the proton instead of going anywhere.
glitch or feature?

Re: glitch or feature?
Likely a bug due to attraction logic conflict. Check if it’s reproducible—if it works consistently, it might be an intentional feature.Bloxstar wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2024 11:55 am here is a scenario that happened in level 24 of the december pack for 2024 on dailies.

I’ve noticed something similar on earlier levels but didn’t think much of it at the time. Maybe the game’s engine prioritizes directional input before field interactions in edge cases like that?snake game wrote: ↑
