Any suggestions?

My tip (aiming to be helpful yet still vague) -- find a way to move the neutrino down one tile.

How do you annihilate the crate left of Higgs?

This level is so confusing!

Simple: you don't need to annihilate that crate. (And frankly, you don't *need* to annihilate anything to win this level)
